I highly recommend B&B for safe and secure stay

Service, promptness and honesty of the staff. Especially Ms. Jida/Lida (sorry for not remembering the exact name) Our luggage was stored in the locker room for a couple of days with no extra charges. It was very safe. We even found a missing bag safely with the help of the staff.

Great hotel for a nights stay

Excellent location in the centre of town. clean comfortable room. Basic but had everything that was needed for a one night stay. Underground safe parking. Reception manned 24/7. I unfortunately witnessed an incident outside the hotel during the early hours (nothing to do with the hotel) & the reception staff dealt with it brilliantly.. professional , kind & friendly & they also gave us a late check out as lost a lot of sleep. We would stay again

NO SECURE UNDERGROUND CAR PARK. Room not clean.

Easy to find. Friendly staff. Coffee and snacks in a vending machine. Quiet room with air con.

There is NO underground secure parking. In fact there is no parking at all. Very, very annoyed as I specifically chose this hotel for safe storage of our motorcycle. The reception did allow it to be parked at the back area of the hotel but it was not what is advertised. Dirty room.The shower was mouldy and smelled terrible and there were hairs and dust everywhere.

Long queue at breakfast, due to no dishes, and not enough food (a bigger group was just in front of us) Unclear about the parking. We thought we could park by the hotel itself, but we were offered to use a public parking nearby, which turned out to be full. We found out ourselves that there was a parking garage of B&B, which was not mentioned by the personnel. So it took us quite a bit longer to find a parking space and also had to pay a bit extra for the garage (€6)

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean.Very near to the city centre, the hotel was good located .For a short stay it's ok and in a good price

Breakfast was not varied but for the price good. Eggs and sausages were not very tasty and absence of fresh fruits. However croissants were great. The room was rather small

Disappointing

Breakfast was good and good value. The wifi was fast. The location was near the centre of town. The staff were friendly. My dog was welcome.

The shower had black mould on some of the grout. I consider the fabric shower curtain unhygienic, particularly in the Covid pandemic. The only soap was in a dispenser inside the shower. Only a single towel was provided for both shower and face/hands. Car park was not as close by as indicated on the web page. I was unable to exit the car park because the pedestrian gate would not open. The car park was shared with office workers, which meant I had difficulty exiting with the car in the morning due to the continual influx of worker's cars. Restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel were all kebab joints.
