Sometime got a problem the train cancel or maintain railways preriod on weekend from Basel

They do offer coffe,water,bread ,,for whole day anytime you can go get these or refill to take away.

Very quiet,,,warm locate really close to Japannesse restaurant after long day stop to eat some soup there,, before get in the hotel i like the most.

It’s a standard but old ibis

No hot water in the shower, 10euro per night parking (while it is listed as free) but mostly very unpolite and annoyed staff. Never again!

The location was perfect with easy parking. Room was big and comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent, great choice… you could even drink fresh orange juice. In addition the parking was Just “below “ the hotel. We paid a fair price for what we got .

Clean, comfortable hotel very close to station and town centre

The location of the hotel, very close to the station and also the town centre for shops and restaurants. The early start for breakfast (from 04.00) and also the variety (including some extremely nice tarte de pomme, tarte de limon, etc.) The room was large and spotlessly clean. The staff were very polite, friendly and willing to help.

There were no hot options at breakfast (at least at 06.30) and it sometimes took staff a while to replenish empty dishes, fruit juice, etc. But minor gripes only.

We stayed in the same room a week before our last visit. The shower in the room was broken and I reported this to the staff. They promised to fix it. But when we settled in the room last time, the shower was still broken. This is unacceptable behavior towards guests.

Great for a stopover stay, lovely staff.

This was a stopover stay whilst driving through Europe. It was only meant for a place to lay our heads but we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the rooms clean and well equipped. The bottle of water and sweets were a nice touch. The reception area had plenty to entertain children with and the continental breakfast was as expected. We would happily stay again. It was very good value for money.

We stayed in this hotel on our way out and way back. The room we had on the way back was directly next to the lift and there was some noise from this.

- The door of the shower room can not be closed. - The Toilet room smell was bad, even without any usage. - The (Refreshment area for hot drinks) was not free the whole day, although it was stated to be free according to the hotel leaflet on the room. - Only One type of the Breakfast cakes was not Fresh
