Useful stopover location when travelling up through France from Switzerland. Hotel is nice enough and obviously part of a big chain. No frills service and a pretty unremarkable town centre.

I was at the hotel for 14 days. 1 of the days i was without any hot water and the shower/bath facilities was rubbish/outdated. Every day i needed a new keycard because it didnt work even though it wasn’t near my phone during the day.

After booking and paying online a double room half an hour earlier (we were driving in the area), my wife and I arrived at 9 pm but we found that the hotel was closed! No one to be seen around in the hall, the lights were switched off. I rang the bell repeatedly and when we were ready to leave and knock on other doors, eventually the night concierge showed up.. And he was not particularly kind. Anyway, the room was fine and clean. We had breakfast on the outside "terrasse" on ground floor (the service was excellent), although the night concierge had told us that we would have to take the tray upstairs to our room. Voilà

Very convenient hotel in Mulhouse. Hotel rooms are dated, but the prices are very reasonable and clean. Would recommend if you are looking for a cheap accommodation.

My mom and I had a great time at Mercure Mulhouse Centre! The staff was friendly, the rooms were very comfortable, and it was extremely close to the train and bus station!! Would highly recommend.

Room was clean, staff was pleasant. Conveniently located within a short walk to the train station. There were no Uber drivers in the area (May 2018), but we were able to order taxis to take us to the Automobile Museum, which was the reason for our stay in Mulhouse.

The hotel is in the center of Mulhouse, right opposite the central station but not too close to hear the noise which was a good thing. The décor is pretty and the room was clean and confortable. The breakfast was ok but nothing to remember however the person looking after the breakfast room was not very friendly which spoiled the experience for me. All in all very good apart from some of the service.

Comfortable and spacious room. The lobby, rooms and breakfast area have a modern decor. Some other areas look a little dated. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The location is very convenient for the train station and there are many options for dining out in the area.

My only negative point is the AC, a lot of hotel in France indicated room with AC but for a lot of them (including this one) the AC are central, so the efficiency is not to great...

I work in Basel and I use this hotel when I cannot get accommodation in Basel. When there is an exhibition on in Basel, rooms are sold out months ahead and prices are excessive. Mulhouse is only 25 minutes on train at 14Euro /day. The hotel is very conveneient for station and it ois only a short walk into the centre of town. Hotel is clean and comfortable.

staff where surely and not interested, saw a waiter drop food on the floor and pick it up and put it back on the table. He saw i was watching and did nothing, mentioned it to the restaurant manager who also shrugged his shoulders. All drinks in minibar out of date poo stains still in the toilet but the room was acutly clean so probably just an oversight from the cleaner

A convinient city centre hotel if you just need somewhere to sleep. It is close to railway station (2 minute walk) and city centre (5 minute walk). The rooms are a bit small and there is not much storage space but they are perfecty adequate for a short stay. The hotel decor has a 1970s feel about it but it is clean and tidy. We would happily stay there again if necessary
