Price / Performance Hotel.

A few steps away from the train station. Discover the city by walking from the hotel. Clean and comfortable stay.

Poor/weak internet connection in the room. The heating system is being operated from the reception.

Everything you need for a short, convenient stay

For a night stay it had everything we were looking for.

Air con was waaay too hot, slept with the window open even if with -6 outside. But probably a matter of personal preference. Also while they don’t actively have guest parking, there’s free public parking spaces on the street until 9am or a really convenient parking lot just 2 min by feet from the hotel.

Many things didn't go well

I like the location, it is within walking distance of the railway station, and that was exactly what we needed this time. Breakfast was very good, I cannot complain about it.

WiFi didn't work in the room at all, while it was ok in the lobby, but only downstairs at reception. Half of the time, we didn't have hot water in the bathroom. And the biggest disappointment, they promised to refund us for one night because of the troubles we had, even though we didn't ask for that, but everything was a lie. I hate promises that you don't have the intention to fulfill. One honest sorry is much better than lies.

Nice hotel, excellent for pleasant stay

Nice and cosy hotel on great location. Room and bed were comfortable. The room was very quiet, cute, clean and with view on beaitiful garden. The hotel is near both to train station and city centre, also there were several supermarkets nereby. The breakfast was good. I would deffinately recommend staying in this hotel.

Internet connection was very poor. On the last day of stay we even had no wi-fi.

The room was clean, spacious, quiet and nicely decorated with a fantastic view of a nearby park. Polite and friendly staff with great amenities too! Touch controlled light-up mirror, in room AC that was quiet, good internet (only a touch slow), and plenty of wall sockets to plug things into. The hotel itself was much the same as the room. Clean, spacious, and wonderfully decorated. It's located downtown in a quiet spot just outside of the historic arcade. You're a stone's throw from popular restaurants and a lovely park. The breakfast is well worth the cost too if you're on the fence. There were plenty of tasty choices and the quality was great. They're pet friendly too! We brought our two cats along with us with no issues. They enjoyed the view out the window and the comfy bed. (plenty of pillows to play in) The room stayed quiet enough for the youngest (a scaredy cat) to come out and explore after only a few hours.

If I had to complain about anything? The window frames could use an update, the desk was a bit small with the kettle station on it as well, and the bed skirt needed a wipe down. The only real issue we had was the TV being too small and in an odd location on the wall to use. It was too far away to properly see from the bed and too high up to sit in chairs and watch.

Very nice and central hotel

Position of the hotel was really central, few minutes by foot from the old city centre. The room was clean and very cured in the details.

The room was a bit tiny while the bathroom was very big. The shower was not too comfortable, due to the plastic shower box.

Beautiful introduction to Mulhouse

Beautiful retro room, very clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff at the reception, very good breakfast. It was super close to the train station. We got a big room on the third floor with a nice view on the little park.

Find a parking is a bit hard and you need to pay till 19:00 hrs. No fridge in the room but reception helped us to use hotel's fridge.

Close to the train station and lovely shops and restaurants. Room was a decent size with big windows.

The bathtub was a strange design where the glass partition didn’t fully seal to the bathtub so it did leak a bit.

Great little hotel. We stayed as it was nearby for an overnight trip to accompany our children on a sporting tournament. The hotel was as expected and generally was comfortable and met expectations.

Great location opposite the station. Happily stored our bikes for us. Room comfortable with good AC. We didn't have breakfast as we were leaving early, though they did say an early breakfast wasn't a problem

We booked a twin room with two single beds, but the room was double woth one king size bed! The hotel didn't even change it. As they told us, the hotel is fully booked. So the impression was ruined.

Spacious room with very comfy beds. All the amenities available. Well located. Decent curtains to block out the light for a good sleep in.
