Everyone that I dealt with at the reception was wonderful. Our room was ready an hour early for check in Spacious bathroom and comfortable bed.
Temperature in room was too warm, even though I had it set at lowest possible setting. My travelling thermometer showed the temp at 22-23 deg C throughout our stay. They loaned me a fan, but it was still too warm for my sleeping comfort . There was also not enough hanging space for clothes.

Location and room quality
The breakfast was very poor in busy periods, not enough food in the buffet in busy periods. Need a better quality gym for a 5 star hotel.
