Wonderful hotel, lot of Charme and history. Amazing location, right on the beach. Beautiful breakfast location with view of the sea. The rooms were a bit too small to put away all our luggage, suitcase, tennis bag etc. would love to come again.

A true Oasis of tranquility within the Riviera Holiday Club, this hotel being the most exquisite among all six hotels composing the domain. If you are looking for a calm and quiet place that's the perfect spot. All you'll hear is the waves and birds chirp. It wasn't the case but I can imagine that it won't be so quiet during organized events like a wedding or something similar. The rooms are spacious and sitting in the balcony admiring the sea makes you feel relaxed. The restaurant offers a true feast for the senses being prepared by dedicated chefs. Although the choices from the menu are rather limited, repeating the same meal from time to time will reveal even more gastronomic details and pleasure. The staff, Ivailo and his team, is always very attentive giving good advices if you are undecided. Swimming and leaning next to the infinity pool is comfortable and reaching the sandy beach from there takes only 90 seconds.
The lifeguard sitting next to the pool could be more vigilant as some of the people passing through the walkway, not being guests of the hotel, are using the pool. It is frustrating for hotel guests which are supposed to free the pool area after 18:00 hours seeing trespassers ignoring the "for hotel guests only" sign and enjoying a quick and refreshing bath any time they like.

The property was gorgeous and the hotel and rooms were wonderfully decorated. They have great lounge areas and the hallways have incredibly interesting photos all around that are well done. It is a smaller hotel so it is nice and quiet (only 15-20 rooms / suites total I believe). The infinity pool overlooking the Black Sea was wonderful and the life guard was super attentive (always ran to grab towels or cushions for the loungers) and the hotel bartender was very kind.
Only one of the front desk greeters (out of around 4) made an effort to be friendly and helpful - the others were a little surly. The rooms are very nice but they only give you down comforters to sleep with at night and the A/C doesn't work well enough to account for the warmth of the bedding. The A/C either needs to be updated to include a strong dehumidifying function or they should provide fans / a top sheet for the beds (it is right on the sea so the humidity is to be expected). Breakfast spread was also not as varied as some of the hotels we stayed at for less than 1/2 the price but you could order custom eggs, etc. from the waiter each morning.
