Beside the whole relaxing, pleasant, good experience we had overall, it is worth mentioning the Entertainment Team: they were fenomenal, with Alex leading them, every one of them did an awesome job to keep us away from getting bored. Fire show and fireworks were the surprises we did you expect.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The food was delicious and varied, and the private beach was a major advantage—comfortable and close to the hotel. There was entertainment and a different show every evening, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was cleaned regularly and was well maintained. The view was beautiful, and having a parking area was also very convenient. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

What we did not like was the outdated condition of the hotel, which clearly has not been renovated for a long time. The balcony door did not close properly and was very difficult to open. There were also broken and missing tiles in the swimming pools. The corridors had an unpleasant smell resembling that of an old sanatorium. The behaviour of the staff in the à la carte restaurant was completely inadequate and unacceptable. On the first evening of our two visits, nobody explained the complicated ordering rules to us. After placing our order, we waited for an hour and a half, but the main course and dessert never arrived. We were eventually told that the food had run out. We were travelling with our four-year-old child. The staff advised us to go to the main all-inclusive restaurant, saying that we still had 30 minutes to eat there. However, when we arrived, the restaurant was already closed. I spoke to four different members of staff, but none of them handled the situation properly or offered a reasonable solution. Finally, the reception staff tried to help us find food, but the situation dragged on for too long, and in the end we had to buy food for our child from outside the hotel. On the second evening, we were served by Hanna, a very professional and helpful Ukrainian waitress, and we had no problems at all. Her service showed that the previous experience could have been avoided with proper communication and competent staff.

Hotelul nu este nicidecum unul de 5 stele, poate maxim 3.5. Camera este mare, dar totul este vechi, la baie era mucegai, rugina. Curatenia lasa de dorit, destul de murdar in general. Restaurantul este ca o cantina de tip autoservire,, mancarea nu a fost diversificata. In afara orelor de masa, "snack bar-ul" era tot la restaurantul principal cu resturi de mancare de la pranz.

The location of the hotel is great.

Rust and mold all over: swimming pools, bathroom, furniture, etc. In four nights nobody changed the bad sheets, they just aranged the old ones on the bad. In our last morning (9 am) there was no hot water to take a shower.
