The hotel enjoys an excellent location, right by the sea, within a secure complex surrounded by pine trees and lush greenery.
The spacious terrace offers a breathtaking sea view.
Guests can enjoy the pools, sauna, and excellent dining options.
The all-inclusive service is of good quality, with a varied and tasty selection of food
On the downside, the interior design feels outdated, and the bathroom would benefit from renovation, as there is occasionally an unpleasant smell coming from the pipes

The food was good. The location is very good as it is right on the beach. The view from the rooms is excellent. The area inside the compound is very nice with old trees which give the feeling of a park environment. The stuff is friendly. the cocktails on the lobby bar were good.
The restaurant is a bit small for the number of people. There are no amenities for any activities other than laying on the beach and by the swimming pool. We stayed for 5 days and our towels and sheets were not changed even once for the whole stay which is quite odd for a 5 star accommodation. There is no toilet on or anywhere near the beach, you need to go to the lobby for that. There is only 1 bar which serves the beach and the swimming pool and it is like 200 meters from the beach and is always crowded. The cocktails on that bar were not good at all.

We were enjoying the stay in this hotel already third times. We like the hotel, food, drinks, beach all together. The food selections and quality was excellent, delicious, just great. Improved from last years from good to excellent. Also we experienced the new personnel in the hotel services, bartenders, cleaning persons, everyone is very kind, helpful and fast in each service areas. We were really satisfied, will come back fourth time also for sure. Thank you.
Need to extend the sunbeds area on the beach. Lots of people holding sunbeds with towels and just disappear from the beach for half day or more, especially on the weekends. It is not nice when you could not use the sunbeds and umbrellas when all the beds are occupied with towels, and only few people actually using them. My suggestion to utilize the beach also in front of the southern building.

Gorgeous location for a beachfront hotel, nice view from room, excelent pool, great natural park, not crowed in July.
Hotel: definitively not a 5 star hotel, poor services, a la carte restaurants was closed when we arrived (on a Friday), Fx exchange closed; very poor quality of the food.
Room: witout black out curtains, unconfortable bed and pillows, rusty bathroom, cracked wall tiles, poor & few toiletris.
