The location is perfect, spa is amazing, the food is great and the staff, especially housekeeping, is wonderful

I’ve been coming for 3 years in a row, but there are some things getting worse unfortunately. The carpet in the rooms is worn out, old, with traces of burns, which is not acceptable for a 5 stat hotel. There used to be a natural beet & carrot juice in the spa vitamin bar and now it is replaced with a concentrated juice apple and pineapple where you can taste the sugar. This was a disappointing experience.

Perfect

The hotel couldn’t have been in a better spot — with the beach literally at our footsteps. The food was consistently delicious, offering plenty of variety and flavor. What really stood out was the warmth of the staff; everyone was so friendly and welcoming, making the stay feel extra special. The spa experience was another highlight, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Families will love it here too, since the place is very kid-friendly.

Had 2 nachten gebleven maar wou in de strand uitzicht willen verblijven en dat mocht niet

Het hotel is niet slecht te beschrijven maar het was niet voldoende schoon en het eten was ook niet zo lekker en was alleen het meest met varkensvlees gerechten. Spa was wel heel mooi en het strand. Voor de rest personeel was lief.

Top Lage, gutes Essen

Die Lage war echt toll- Einfach direkt am Sandstrand, wenn man All inklusive Gast ist, dann auch mit Liegen. Das Essen war auch sehr gut. Die Dame an der Rezeption und Putzkräfte sehr freundlich.

Die Matratzen sind wirklich durchgelegen, sodass die Nächte nicht sehr angenehm waren. Haben uns dann verkehrt herum hingelegt um Schlaf zu finden. Die All Inklusive Cocktails sind nicht gut, aber es gibt nebenan eine Bar, da muss man dann für die Drinks zwar bezahlen, dafür sind sie gut.

Bună ziua! Locația superba ! Dar nu este îngrijorată! La baia de lângă restaurat mirosea groaznic! Felurite de mâncare se repetau! În cameră mirosea a canal ! Și am fost mușcată de plosnite! Tot hotelul era plin ! Am venit cu ele acasă! Groaznic! Nu recomand!

Тихо и спокойно място за почивка.Персоналът уважителен и с много добро отнощение към гостите. Стаите се почистваха всеки ден.Храната -разнообразна. Хотелът е на самия плаж .Предоставят се хавлиени кърпи за плажа и басеина.

Пълноценна почивка със своите + и -

Ще си позволя да бъда по-детайла. Отлично местоположение - на самия морски бряг сред богата паркова растителност - въможност за прохладни разходка, в тиха и спокойна атмосфера. Базата е стара, но реновирана. Полагат се усилия за постепенно осъвременяване и въвеждане на допънителни удобства. Удобни стаи, оборудвани с необходимото. Широк балкон със стабилна мебел. Ежедневно хигиенизиране - успяват да се справят и в натоварения с гости край на седмицата. Добре организирана СПА зона - няколко сауни, контрастен басейн, парна баня, солариум, солна стая. Вътрешен и външен басейн с минерална вода. Кухня - ежедневен избор от поне 8-10 вида пресни плодове за всяко хранене от деня, ранообразен салатен бар (за всеки вкус - освен свежи и пресни зеленчуци, се предлагат и топлинно обработени или ферментирали), допълнен от млечни и месни мезета. Разнообразие от прясно приготвени хляб и тестени закуски. Поне четири вида месо, приготвено по различен начин, с няколко възможности за гарнитури. Кухнята определено носи духа на ориента и храната е вкусно приготвена. Напитки - според концепцията на база тип изхранване. Адмирации за служителите на СПА рецепция - винаги са на разположение и стриктно изпълняват задълженията си. Ситуация от последните дни на престоя ни - новопристигнали "тарикат гости" (семейство българи на средна възраст), изискват да получат кърпи от СПА рецепция. Служителката пита дали са гости на хотела. В отговор получава груба и подигравателна реплика от господина, който смята, че това е излишна "полицейщина" (?!?), тарикатът няма обозначителна гривна - бил получил разрешение при настаняването си да не носи такава, защото "имал алергия" (ти да видиш!), ама и жена му няма гривна (неизвестно защо). Служителката спокойно го информира, че всъщност изпълнява задълженията си.

Интересна концепция за 5* - еднократен комплимент в првия ден от престоя за всеки гост 330 мл минерална вода, с алтернатива минибара (наред с обичаното зареждане има и два вида бутилирана малка вода срещу определена симпатична стойност) или в баровете в хотела - 1,5 л минерална вода отново срещу симпатична сума, близка до тази на летището. Достъп до "филтрирана" вода от съмнителни диспенсери (може и да съм неоснователно мнителна). В стаята кафемашина с капсули, но те са включени в ценоразписа на минибара. На петия ден от престоя получихме пирамидка с уточнение "with complimentary" и 2 капсули кафе. Шумните изяви на някои големи групи румънски гости - трудно спазват правила (и на плажа, и в СПА зоната, и на басейна, за ресторанта и хотелката част - няма нужда да казвам) с усещането, че щом си плащат всичко им е позволено, то другите гости не си плащат виждаш ли. Допускане на домашни любимци, включително и в зоната за хранене. В СПА зоната - близко разположение на джакузито и зоната за deep relax в комбинация с шумни гости проваля усещането (понякога тази комбинация "изяжда" ефекта от процедурите в стаите за масаж. Може би е добре да се въведе и да се изисква спазване на правило за възрастово ограничение - недопускане на деца до 12 г. без придружител в СПА зоната. По отношение на храната - предлаганите на закуска т.нар. "бъркани яйца" всъщност са крем-карамел без захар, но на топлата точка можеш да поискаш да ти направят омлет - класически и с добавки. Въпреки отбелязаните слабости или негативи, те са поносими и нагласата е за повторение с очакване за подобрения.

Fuyez vite si vous ne voulez pas que vos vacances soient gâchées

Le personnel est mauvais et hautain. Seul les femmes de ménage sont souriantes et sympathique. La nourriture est horrible, bas de gamme et le personnel de service chaotique. Les chambres sont vétustes tout est à refaire. La plage est correcte La piscine extérieur trop vétuste j’ai eu un accident et suis passé à travers les grilles d’évacuation. Blessée j’ai signalé à l’hôtel qui a seulement rajouté un second panneau danger aux abords de la piscine.

- ieși din hotel și ești direct pe plajă - indiferent de oră găsești șezlong pe plajă - plaja este curată / curățată ( apa fff curată ) - personajul drăguț - curățenie se face zilnic - lenjeria de pat și prosoapele sunt albe curate , prosoapele schimbate zilnic

- mâncarea lasă de dorit ( este prea multă și fără gust . Considerăm ca e mai bine să fie puțină - dar gustoasă ) - cafeaua tare proasta 🥹🥹 - camerele sunt cu pereți cam murdari :( Păcat ca nu se șterg pereții - sunt pătați / zgâriați - saltelele sunt prea moi :(( te scufunzi în ele :(( din păcate incomode de dormit

Großes Hotel mit viel Platz in hervorragender Lage, aber mit miesserablem Essen.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage direkt am Strand. Und es gibt immer genügend Liegen. Alle Bereiche im Hotel sind groß und auch dort immer genügend Platz. Sogar für das Frühstück oder Abendessen auf der Terasse haben wir meist noch einen Platz mit Sonnenschirm gefunden.

Schlimm war für mich das Essen. Selten gibt es was wirklich frisches. Manche Speisen denkt man, wären schon seit einer Woche täglich aufgekocht und neu serviert worden. Meine Frau klagte, dass viele Dinge, wie z.B. die Frühstücksrühreier kalt waren. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass bei der Kaffeemaschine die Milch immer nachgeschüttet wird anstatt täglich den Tank gründlich zu reinigen. Sie schmeckte säuerlich. Ja, und wenn man einige Dinge in Verdacht hat, dann ist es mit genussvoll Essen vorbei. Für ein 5-Sterne Hotel war der Wein aus den Fässern mit den primitiven Gläsern einfach weiß unter Niveau. Abgesehen vom Essen, wäre das Hotel gut.

Great Huneymoon, thank you!

When we arrived in our wedding clothes, as we just got married, we was welcomed very friendly and congratulated by very kind receptionist ( Ivelina). We was there way earlier than the check-in time and we said we don't mind to wait at the lobby. Meanwhile Ivelina has organised our room to be prepared for a just married couple with welcome drinks ( proseco), towels made like swans on the bed, and a welcome card with congratulations from the hotel. Also our room was ready way earlier then the check-in time. We appreciate all this special treats and it made our time even more beautiful to remember! Thank you very much to all involved including the housekeeping staff and thank you very much to our fantastic receptionist Ivelina for making our day more special! The other stuff we loved was the great food and the best SPA I have ever been! Highly recommend it!

Прекрасен Хотел на тихо и спокойно място.

Хотелът е прекрасен, на първа линия до морето, със страхотна гледка към морския хоризонт. Стаята беше чиста и удобна. Закуската беше разнообразна и вкусна. Вечерята беше с голям избор. Персонала е любезен! Въпреки, че настаняването е от 15 часа, настаниха ни в 12 часа. СПА центъра е с няколко сауни, парна баня, солна стая, инфрачервена сауна, голям вътрешен басейн и голям външен басейн с минерална топла вода. Всичко много ни хареса. Препоръчвам!
