Clean, good dinner, excellent breakfast, welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, small but warm thermal pool inside for winter and big thermal pool outside in hotel.( you can also go to aquahouse free outside of hotel which is run by another company 2 min walking , but outside and inside pools there are not warm enogh as of February). Free bathrobes and towels also for pools.
There is no information about the content and the benefits of thermal water. The staff also does not anything about it.

The hotel itself is beautiful. And the location is beautiful. Rooms are a good size. Very clean.
The pool in particular is perfect. Nice play area for kids too
Massively Leaking shower into the bathroom. My son slipped a couple of times on tiled floor
Cleaners also knock at whatever time they come - different each day - and if you are still in or you ask them to come back. They just don’t. So in 4 days we had our room cleaned once. And towels changed once. I had to call for towels - because I had to use them to mop up the leaking shower I couldn’t reuse - the second time the receptionist shouted at me down the phone for asking
The staff are a mix. Some lovely. A lot very rude and roll their eyes at you.
Breakfast is also a let down really.
