The breakfast was good. the spa was good overall. the fitness gym was enough. and the pool was great. Also, the outside pool was very pleasant.
- Next to the pool they have tiles that you can barely walk on without slipping, with or without slippers.
- The gym is open from 8 to 20 in the evening, it means, in the morning, you eat fisrt and then you can go to the gym...
- the playground for small children, besides being quite small, the entrance door is kept wide open, children can leave anytime the staff is not paying attention.
- You have to take the spa towels from the room and take them back to the room, still wet, they are not left downstairs at the spa, as is normal in other hotels with spas.
- Although they told me that parking was free for those staying at the hotel, at the end of the stay they told me that I had to pay 26 euros.
- last but not least, because the receptionists say that if you want to check out later, you have to pay a tafir per extra hour, for each hour exceeded, this led to a queue at the reception of over 40 people, at check-out time...

The complimentary mini-bar was a pleasant change from the usual high charges for snacks and drinks. The room was clean, inviting and very comfortable.
No creamer or milk for the coffee! Not everyone drinks coffee straight.

The hotel looks really good, has a nice design, big and clean rooms. Can’t complain about the indoor facilities
The swimming pools were mostly cold oat guests were staying in only 2 swimming pools: the indoor ones and one outside that was heated). The food was far from 5*, so we switched from halfboard to breakfast - the options were limited and the food more suited for a 3* hotel (although the a la carte restaurants had decent food). The beach had many algae - we literally went one day across the border where the sea side was most decent and free of algae.
