located in green part of the city, very close to park. Outdoor and indoor pools with thermal water, nice and helpful staff

The water in the pool was not very clean.
The floor of the shower was leaking and it made a part of the carpet in the room damp.

The reception lady was unbelievable unfriendly. From the day we arrived till the last minute we left. Not a thank you or please left her mouth… disappointed about that. Also the hotel room wasn’t cleaned properly, the bathroom was mouldy a bit, the room was full of cobwebs in the corner plus behind the curtains. The drier on the terrace are rusted. Food was very basic, nearly the same food every time just in different variations. I really missed the ice cream and there wasn’t any entertainment throughout our stay except the last day…
On the plus side the beach was really close and nice.
