Location is amazing; The food was very good and lots of Variety. We liked the hot pool and spa a lot too. The view from the south room was beautiful and very quiet, the staff was helpful and friendly. I loved the water slide too! it is not just for kids.
people smoking on the balconies despite the fact it says non smoking hotel. At least the rooms didn't stink. Some of the food was too greasy........ not authentic bulgarian recipes. middle asia twists on food....

The Location of the property is beautiful and the hotel itself is very nice, I like the staff everybody was very friendly and helpful and organized, they gave us a very nice room
Some of the rooms look a little outdated and they need new bathrooms

I had room 817, the view over the Black Sea was awesome, the room was cleaned every day, the food was a lot and diverse, the people in the restaurant very friendly and quick with their service! The Lady from the reception was very kind, she speaks English very well and ready to answear my questions! I didnt see her name but she is tall with long hair, thank you for your support!
Its not the hotel fault but one cant walk near the sea and on the beach! Hotel has an extraordinary beautiful sandy beach, with enough sun beds, but one cant use it for walking, your feet will be catched by the sand and is very hard to walk like this!
Again, the hotel cant do anything about it!

Well located hotel right to the sea with its own beach and swimming pool.
The overall experience was disappointing. The cleanliness left much to be desired, and the staff were not very welcoming or helpful. The hotel has only one elevator per building, which is far from enough for the number of guests. Meal times are very short, and to make things worse, most of the food is gone at least half an hour before the official end of the service.
Except coffee, all the free drinks and cakes were of very poor quality.
Definitely not the standard I expected.
