Everything was perfect at Regina Hotel. The Manager Petrov and staff was polite and Very kind! Also the manager was helpful to made a beautiful surprise for my husband birthday! Thank you so much for all the help and your services. ! The food was really good and fresh!

The sea view from the 13th floor was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay. Our room was cleaned every day.
The food variety was impressive — every meal was different each day, with something for everyone, whether child or adult. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The wait for the elevator was often very frustrating. Some children were playing and pressing buttons on every floor, which caused long delays — we sometimes had to wait up to 15 minutes with a stroller. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom that should be addressed.

Location not to far away from the beach ,5min away walking distance ,staff are very friendly and helpful.
Pool and football court are also good.room is very nice and space.
Sometimes a long queue forms in the front of the coffee table and in the elevator

The hotel was overall good. The employees were good especially the bar staff they made my holiday better Viktoriya, Nasko and Ivan were amazing people and made great drinks professional when needed and treated you like friends.
The hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel, hygiene wise it was a downhill the pool was green and didn’t want to enter it. And some of the waiters looked like it was forced to be there trowing tantrums and had bad faces.
It would be way better if they had better behaved personal and maybe even more than now and improve their hygiene.
Under the bed there were webs on the corners of the rooms also webs. Only good thing was the bathrooms.
