The hotel team is superb: friendly, helpful, they do everything to keep room and hotel clean. The hotel itself is ok, soviet architecture with some modernization. The restaurant team is great, they do their best to keep it clean and tidy.
The food was mostly ok, you can always find something to eat. There was not big variety, but basics are covered. Fruits in different days were ok: watermelon, melon, plums, apples, pears, orange, grape.
There is pizza at 16.00 every day.
Animation is very basic: 10mins dance, drawing, once per week water basketball for adult, 20.00 - 1 hour minidisco for children.
The pool is small, but clean.
Water slides are great, work time: 10-14, 16-18
There are cosy shadow area under the trees if you don’t want to be exposed by sun.
Absence of good porridge for me is minus, in the last days this cereal looked and tasted strange for me.
Absence of private beach is big minus. You have to have cash to pay for it, or find access to the nearest private other hotel beach and pay by card on hotel territory entrance. 2 sun-beds and umbrella are 30-36 BGN.

Pool and water slides were excellent. My kids loved it. Location is very nice 👍
The food was not so good, the same every day, a small place in the restaurant for choosing the dish, always crowded. The elevator started on the 4th floor.

There is nothing to be mentioned as "i like". Different expectation for the amount of money paid.
Hotel is not what we had in mind, not clean with bugs in room, food is terible except for the BBQ. We where wondering why there is no pictures with all details....now we have the answer!!
