Elena Hotel and Wellness - All Inclusive

The location(close to the beach and the centre ,but quiet for those who want to relax),the 12 o’clock check out(still had lots of time to have breakfast, get to the pool and then have a shower in the room before leaving the hotel),the rooms were renovated and clean,but the bathrooms still need refurbishing.Quite good food,but not very varied if you like to taste different things every day.All inclusive option is rather full board as there are no snacks served between the 3 main meals,so you need to be aware of that you don’t get any fruit,cakes,etc staying by the pool in the morning or afternoon.

Actually no attractions and sports facilities for children,poor animation programme,that’s a real shame the indoor pool is closed during peak season.The common area very dirty when we arrived in the morning,later it got a bit better.The staff don’t clean straight away when they see the guests leave some mess.Omni-present plastic cups for hot drinks.

The indoor pool was lovely bed was comfy, bed made every, day clean towels

Due to us being the only people staying there we couldn't have buffet so limited menu, didn't like the drinks at bar, limited staff for service, lack of sockets by bed, only had sockets which we had to unplug things under T.V to use, so phones on the floor, could do with seating in room, spa not in use. The staff did try and accommodate

Very pleasant stay for the whole family! The food in the restaurant was warm, delicious and fresh. With great variety of choice. The tables were clean and nicely decorated! The drinks at the bar were good. The room was big, warm and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was extremely clean. The towels smelled very nice and fresh. The warm indoor pool was delightful!!! The staff was very professional, helpful and friendly! We would definitely come back again!
