The location is in a good area of Golden Sands, 10 minutes walk from the beach, you can also take the electric mini bus/mini car from the hotel to the beach at specific hours.
The food is variated and very good, we were surprised, everything we tried was very good (you have breakfast, snacks, lunch, snacks, dinner).
The alcohol isnโt exceptional, itโs the local one.
The staff is very nice and friendly.
There is also a pool table and a ping pong table.
The only minus we found is that at the pool there is no sun from around 2 pm, so the water is kind of cold. There is still sun after 2 pm only on some of the sunbeds, not all.

The staff was really nice. It's much appreciated considering how hard is to work in this industry and to deal with so many people...
The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. I really loved it.
The spa, the pool and cocktail bar were wonderful. The cocktails were the highlight of the trip.
Hotel is close to the main attractions.
The only thing I can't say I was satisfied with was the food. There were varieties to choose from but the food wasn't great. I'm not saying it was bad but It made me regret a bit that I paid for all inclusive.

Everything was perfect, from the reception to the rooms and food, everything was perfect, i can not recommend this place enough

Clean location, spacious room. They had a kids play room, a trampoline and PS4 (although needs to be paid). Shuttle to the beach
Not very happy with the food. Main courses were offering limited options in the all inclusive area and the snacks in between were terrible.
Pool is very small, parking options are paid and limited.
Beach is very far (10 minutes walk on narrow stairs) and shuttle leaves only from 30 to 30 minutes until 4:00 PM only.
Elevators made no sense, they jumped from 3 to 1 to -1 etc. only one of them actually reached 2nd floor but we were not informed about this.
Bathroom tub was not working properly so when you showered the water didnโt drain in the tub, it drained on the floor where there was another drain there. So every time we showered, we had to wipe the floor and this increased accident risk. Our oldest one slipped and hurt herself because of this
