The hotel is very close to the seaside, the beach nearby is beautiful and very good for walking and swimming. The hotel itself has two swimming pools, one indoors (warm, but quite small and shallow, good for kids and just relaxing) and one outdoors (slightly longer and deeper than the indoors one, sunlit in the mornings). There is supposed to be one more pool, "relaxation" one, but I think it was already closed as I was staying towards the end of the season (it looked green and half-empty when I passed by; maybe that was a different pool, don't know for sure).
The food is abundant and the meal times are reasonably long.
The room has the basics available, and it also has a spacious balcony (with a sea and pool view, as promised). The room also can be well aired thanks to the balcony. Bed is reasonably comfortable (once you arrange the pillows in shapes which fit your neck and all that). Generally, everything is convenient enough.
The room walls are so thin that when your neighbour closes their balcony door, your walls shudder. The noise also travels - I was very fortunate to have quiet neighbours on my first three nights, but then someone loud appeared next door and that was goodbye to my last night's sleep. Karaoke and other music events taking place by the pool between 9 and 10 pm are also quite easy to hear from the room even with the balcony door closed.
Getting to the food often required queueing and hunting for plates and free tables. Almost for every meal I ended up sat on the terrace, which is nice but in late September rather cold at times.
Vegetarian options are somewhat limited, vegan even more so.
Tip boxes are placed at every turn (maybe that's normal for "all inclusive" hotels, but I'm not used to that). The service, meanwhile, was not quite as friendly as the other reviews suggest: I encountered precisely three friendly members of stuff (out of what seems to be a couple dozen people). Maybe it's the end of season and everyone is tired. Also maybe the reason is that I don't speak Bulgarian.
The cleanliness was only just okay.

The animation team was amazing, they made everything better :) The food was good, fresh, the pools were clean, most of the staff was nice.
The bars didn’t have high quality drinks, the parking is expensive (12,5€ per day), there was some dirt on the floor when we arrived in the bathroom and water pressure was low. They did not change our sheets, only the towels

The entertainment Crue. Victor and his colleagues were absolutely amazing!
Large pool that was clean.
Large rooms, but no soundproofing at all, meaning you can hear the footsteps in the hallway, image when screaming children were passing through.
Staid 9 days, they cleaned once, did a terrible job and we had to ask this on the reception, even though the room was marked as to be cleaned.
The food is mediocre at best.
The hotel is in 3rd row of hotels from the beach so 15 minutes are required to go there.
