GRIFID Arabella Hotel - Ultra All inclusive & Aquapark

What was good: The Hotel is nice and clean. We got a room upgrade - Thank you.

What was bad: We chose a better hotel just to make sure the food will be better, but it was a huge dissapointment. Same food our whole stay. 1 type of fish, 2 meats, and thats that. Basically we had no good food for the whole stay. No specials, no seafood. Not a single prawn. Will not visit again. You can get the same food in a hotel for half that price. No watermelon on lunch... The deserts are absolutely gross, all made from fake cream they taste horrible. Ice cream is tragic do not eat it its just some powdered ice cream. Want a cofee, good luck waiting in a line for 20 minutes in the morning as only one person makes it, asked for a cappuchoino, got a Latte. Staff cant speak english, even the receptionists. Why employ teenagers when they are absolutely incompetent. Asked where the mini club is and how it works, the poor boy had no idea and started lising in his instructions manual... Could not say a word in english. Firts day we went to our designated beach, only to find that the hotels beach part was rented to a jetski race, the whole part... so we could not access the beach and safely watch our kid. Be aware that the promised aquapart is not there, you can only get a transfer to it in the afternoon for either 2 or 4 hrs. Needless to say it was overcrowded. Be prepared to listen to music till 2am as the disco from the beach is so loud. Unfortunatelly the stay was not worth it and I do not recommend the hotel for the price.

I liked the customer centricity of the hotel staff - really trying to create a superior travel experience. Furthermore the room was very spacious.

The very limited parking places available is a negative point for this hotel. Also, the main restaurant is very crowded, with tables so close to eachother and with not enough islands of food and drinks. Stresfull experience to eat due to the the size of the room.

Location

Dirty plates, food not cooked enough, cheapest fruits/vegetables they could find, old cookies (macarons hard as a rock), awful drinks and as for the parking, they charge you more than specified here by previous tourists, and they don't return all the change. When I complained at the front desk, they said they have no control.
