Excellent and friendly staff, very clean throughout, and a great variety of delicious food, including rabbit, shark, seafood, and many other options. The beach is nice and located in a very picturesque area. Most drinks and snacks were readily available throughout the day. There were also decent entertainment programs for both children and adults. There were a few minor nuances, but overall, they were not critical and did not significantly affect our stay.

The mattress was not very comfortable, and the TV was not a Smart TV. The shuttle bus to the beach did not run frequently enough, so we did not use it even once during our 10-day stay. The sauna and jacuzzi were very basic, and the gym was particularly disappointing. It can hardly be called a proper gym: there was only one treadmill and one multi-gym machine with four stations, two of which were broken. The dumbbells were also very old. Overall, the gym was well below average. The condition of the toilet facilities at the beach could also be significantly improved. The balconies are separated from neighboring rooms only by a small partition, so there is very little privacy — you can easily see your neighbors, and they can see you. The elevators often took a long time to arrive and could already be full when they reached your floor, so be prepared to use the stairs. There was also only one billiard table, which meant having to wait in line to play.

Floor seven, carpet in corridor could do with a good clean , sensor lighting only partially work so dark to find your room 401 balcony glass cleaning was missed housekeeping. No waiter bar service. Cold food , burgers , hot dogs from snack bar.
