I liked it in general but worse than other years
Not as before.I can see worse food.
The noise was horrible and present 24 7
Ujrainean cleaning ladies not nice,never say hello to customers,vacuming at stupid hours....even noise from staff at 3 o clock morning

Parking spot in the bushes....paid also..my son car was touched by other car and he left...

Staff was nice, but poorly knows english.
Rooms was clean and with quiet fresh furniture, lobby is very nice.
They should put more information that the hotel consists of two separate buildings and both can be visited by guests. near the biggest hotel building there are inscriptions that there are other pools available, but not at the smaller one, the staff didn't tell me that either and it was easy to miss it.
in general, the hotel is nice, there are many pools, the rooms are beautiful, but paying extra for all inclusive is definitely not worth it.
all inclusive concept drinks are very poorly made and “juice” taste toxic, also the food is mediocre - there is a lot of it, it is nicely presented, but the choice of meat and fish is very poor, the fish was only herring and mackerel, which tasted bad.
in general, the hotel is nice, there are many pools, the rooms are beautiful, but paying extra for all inclusive is definitely not worth it.

Good water slides, the room was clean, the kids club on the other Prestige Hotel was good
Some facilities were broken, some of the staff were not helpful, the carpets were very dirty, food never changes and only small and crowded place to eat.
