Kristal Hotel - All inclusive - Fully renovated

Am fost placut surprinsi de curatenia din camere. Totul bine intretinut, iar lenjeria si prosoapele au fost schimbate regulat. Camera a fost spatioasa si confortabila, perfecta pentru relaxare dupa o zi petrecuta la plaja sau la piscina. Mancarea a fost diversificata, proaspata si gustoasa, cu optiuni pentru toate gusturile. De la preparate locale pana la variante internationale, am gasit mereu ceva bun la fiecare masa. Zona piscinei este bine organizata, curata si potrivita atat pentru relaxare, cat și pentru familii cu copii. Standul de inghetata este un plus mai ales pentru copii, locul de joaca de asemenea.

Drumul pana la plaja implica putin mers pe jos (si poate fi obositor la intoarcere, mai ales pe caldura). Locurile la piscina se ocupa destul de repede dimineata avand in vedere ca programul incepe de la ora 9, de la ora 8 parte din ele sunt deja ocupate de prosoape pe sezloange.

When I made the reservation at this hotel I read the reviews of other customers and based on them and the high score of the hotel I decided to book but it seems I was wrong. The food was poor quality! A lot, diversified but tasteless, no salt, no spices of any kind and not made! I threw away the morning omelet because it was inedible, it had boiled (baked) and raw eggs! The fish was all baked, uncooked and burned with the kitchen burner. It tasted horrible. The coffee was watery. You had to take out the glass while pouring water to reduce the amount of water and then put it back in so you could drink a decent coffee. And the big and beautiful pool that appears in the pictures looks totally different in reality.

The food

The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated with a large bed. Also the music was good along with the outside pool. Overall a nice looking hotel.

The food was terrible, for how decent and nice the hotel looked the food was horrible, we never tasted anything like that. To be a “4 star hotel” with that food is hilarious. Also the A/C was awful, outside the temperature was around 25-27 degrees and the A/C couldn’t make it. As a bonus for the A/C working poorly you don’t get an insect net for your balcony door, again “4 stars”. BY THE WAY, parking is 15 euro PER DAY.
