Kristal Hotel - All inclusive - Fully renovated

When I made the reservation at this hotel I read the reviews of other customers and based on them and the high score of the hotel I decided to book but it seems I was wrong. The food was poor quality! A lot, diversified but tasteless, no salt, no spices of any kind and not made! I threw away the morning omelet because it was inedible, it had boiled (baked) and raw eggs! The fish was all baked, uncooked and burned with the kitchen burner. It tasted horrible. The coffee was watery. You had to take out the glass while pouring water to reduce the amount of water and then put it back in so you could drink a decent coffee. And the big and beautiful pool that appears in the pictures looks totally different in reality.

If the parking lot is full, they park you near parking lot from another hotel

The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated with a large bed. Also the music was good along with the outside pool. Overall a nice looking hotel.

The food was terrible, for how decent and nice the hotel looked the food was horrible, we never tasted anything like that. To be a “4 star hotel” with that food is hilarious. Also the A/C was awful, outside the temperature was around 25-27 degrees and the A/C couldn’t make it. As a bonus for the A/C working poorly you don’t get an insect net for your balcony door, again “4 stars”. BY THE WAY, parking is 15 euro PER DAY.
