Its third time for my family, so we know, we stay at LEVEL zone, very good room, service, very good quality for food, bar at 8 floor very nice. Private reception a plus. Restricted area LEVEL zone for sunbeds very good. A lot of pools indoor and outdoor. A lot of choices to eat. Near shops and restaurants. I recomand for a good vacantion.
Cleaning în toilet near bar LEVEL zone, very very dirty, zero cleaning, why I pay for this? This was a restricted area, yes,small number of persons who can use toilet, but no cleaning.

Room was very good and big enough for 4.The pools are great,we enjoyed them a lot.
Food could be better for a 5 star hotel. Night shows for both children and adults could be improved.
