Meliá Grand Hermitage All Inclusive

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Melia Grand Hermitage. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent with a wide variety of options every day. There were also plenty of activities for children, and our kids had a great time.

The only small disappointment was the indoor pool. We had assumed it would be heated, especially since we were visiting at the end of May, but the water was colder than we expected and not very comfortable for our young children. This was our own expectation rather than a fault of the hotel, but we wanted to mention it so that other families visiting during the cooler months know what to expect. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the hotel to families.

Everything was superb, from the moment I checked in until the day I left. Service & Staff: A 10/10 team! Every single staff member was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive to detail. They truly make you feel like a valued guest and are always ready to help with a warm smile. The Room: Absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The cleanliness was spotless (it’s clear they prioritize hygiene), and the bed was incredibly comfortable—I got some of the best sleep ever. The Food: A real culinary delight! Facilities & Vibe: The overall atmosphere of the hotel is both relaxing and elegant. The lounge and pool areas are excellently maintained and serve as the perfect spots to unwind. The bottom line? Hotel Melia offers that rare blend of luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality. It’s excellent value for money and I will definitely return here at the very next opportunity. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect, hassle-free stay!

The hotel is nice, rooms are big and pools are ok, also the one for little children. Food was ok, but not extraordinary, no taste for some dishes.

The weather was not really warm as its normal maybe for 1st June so we expected that the indoor pool has warm water but instead it was very cold. There was a problem with one of the sinks from the bathroom, there was dirty water coming from the drain to the bathroom’s floor all the time and I claim this to the reception 4 times until they send somebody to check. They couldn’t fix it, just put a bucket under the sink … not normal for a 5 star hotel. I heard from other guests they that the same issue in their bathrooms
