Erin was amazing really helpful and informative and provided an ice bucket to cool our water. She was lovely. Great location for the Eurostar and for getting around London before we went.
Location was perfect for the Eurostar but room a little small for 3 people.

The location is excellent, literally a two minute walk across the road from King's Cross.
The shower pressure was actually quite good and the shower was hot.
The room had water and tea making facilities, although we did not use the water as it was not in a sealed bottle.
The room was incredibly hot, a fan was provided but this had to be kept on the full time to even feel like it made a small amount of difference. There was a cool breeze outside, and a coolness was felt as soon as you left the room.
The room in general could do with a touch up, the flooring was warped and the room generally could do with a lick of paint.
I thought it was odd to have to pay £50 damages deposit when the room was in poor condition - for example the bed lights were hanging on by a thread and the thing which I think was the wardrobe, was not even attached to the wall properly. They could have easily been broken, but due to poor quality rather than customer damage.
