The staff is exceptional. They recommend a parking and sent a guy to help with the luggage and the way to the hotel. They gave us precautions about the Medina (old town).
The hotel has a spacious patio with a swimming pool. The room was big, the air conditioning was working well, the shower and all the stuff also.
It’s not about the hotel, it’s about Medina (old town) in general. Be careful, there are a lot of people who will say “no way, brother” at any place, but obviously there will be the street. Don’t talk with them, they want your money for “guidance”.
Also, in the evening it feels unsafe to walk through Medina.

It was incredible to stay in such a beautifully restored building.
The hammam and massage were wonderful experiences and so nice to have on the property.
Breakfast was fine, although the choice of breads and pastries was a bit excessive.

Property very pretty. Lots of sitting areas. Pool was very handy to cool off after returning from the medina.Gorgeous roof terrace. Staff very friendly and polite.
Property quite dark but probably normal for an old riad. Furniture very tired looking in main ground floor sitting area which contrasted to advertised photos. One of the rooms smelt of drains. Also alleyways to get back to hotel quite dark and empty at night.

We really liked the ambience and the breakfast. The swimming pool was great, and the staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful.
We were disappointed that there was no minibar or rubbish bin in the room.
Also, from the second day onwards, the bed sheets were not changed. We expected better housekeeping service during our stay.
