Staff was amazing. Want to highlight the reception staff that was really helpful and a true moment of honesty when I lost an important piece of jewelry, and the staff hold it for me till I arrived next day. Incredible attitude that easily could have gone missing, as it came out of my baggage by mistake, and they founded it lost in a public place. Fantastic!!!

The room was excellent, and the staff were wonderful. We arrived in the morning, and they kindly let us check in early and even provided breakfast, which we really appreciated. The riad was very quiet and comfortable. My husband especially enjoyed relaxing on the sun lounger in our room.
Although these weren’t the riad’s fault, the transfer driver wasn’t very friendly, and the meeting point for our Sahara Desert tour at Bab Boujloud (the Blue Gate) was quite far from the riad.

We loved our stay at Jardin des Biehn. It is a beautiful, peaceful garden in the middle of Medina. The owner made sure we have everything what we need and staff was very friendly and helpful.
