Clean, luxury feel, authentic and modern, safe, generous and filling breakfast with multiple beverages, all staff and amazing and the owner is a lovely lady, you will feel welcome and at home here, comfortable and relaxing rooms with smart tv and stain glass arched windows, hot water, rooms cleaned and turned over each day, roof terrace, breakfast lunch and dinner available as well as drinks etc, I left my charger and was kindly informed and a member of staff brought it to me - customer service is above and beyond! 10/10 the owner even gave me a gift :)
Nothing all positive

Amina (the owner) would do her best to meet all your needs, other stuff members (special thanks to Amin) are just as great. Property is in Medina, close to everything, very authentic and taken care for.

Nice lady hosting Amira? Area seemed safe but a little difficult to find your way around. Quiet at 2AM
Room not as advertised. I reserved a luxury suite. They had a small single room. I felt cramped. I didn't stay.
