Staff support before we got to the property by providing the exact location of the nearet car park and arranging a porter to help with bags. Very friendly and hospitable owner and staff made our stay an ufogetable experience. Thank you Dominic, Somaya, and Jawad!

Beautiful boutique riad. Our room has high ceiling with beds upstairs for the kids. Soumi was incredibly accommodating to all our needs, above and beyond. Quiet location. Nice rooftop views of Fes. The location is just inside one of the Medina gates. Not too far to walk, but you may need a porter if you have big luggage.

He took care about us from breakfast till late night, always available to provide us whatever we needed, including escorting us from the Riad to another restourant when we had the need. I strongly recommend Riad Batchisarai. We will definitely be back there next time we will visit Fes

We had a wonderful time and the staff were just fantastic, especially with our two-year old.
We had a room right at the top - many stairs for children - so better with families in the lower rooms. Our shower had some issues and slight smell of damp in the room.
