Riad Les Remparts De Fès

Un accueil chaleureux, attentif, proactif de Hajar, merci beaucoup. C'est un beau riad très calme en bordure de la médina, à deux pas d'une des rues principales, près de la porte Bab Boujloud. Le parking gardé est sûr et très pratique, à 1 mn à pieds. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la suite, avec vue au dessus de la terrasse partagée vers les collines. La literie est excellente, la salle-de-bains agréable. Tout le personnel est très agréable aussi, efficace, discret : merci à chacune et chacun. Le Wifi fonctionne bien, même pour du streaming.

Le petit-déjeuner pourrait vraiment être amélioré, par exemple avec la possibilité d'un vrai petit-déj. beldi. C'est le seul point que nous avons trouvé un peu juste.

Lovely helpful staff, will give you advice how to access the tannery on your own, book you a cab, etc. Felt very safe, 24/7 staff and guarded door. Incredible room. Amazing location just on edge of Medina but not in the thick of it. Balcony was nice to have privacy, and the rooftop terrace has amazing views. The room was luxurious and comfortable, and staff kept the room clean and fully stocked with towels and other supplies. The room was quiet at night. Was able to have laundry service for a fee, very convenient. Landry came back a bit damp but I just hang dried everything in the room.

Breakfast was ok, a little sweet and carb heavy for my liking but nice to have it included in the price. The bed, though it had super comfy bedding, was pretty firm for my liking. I slept ok but my husband, not so well.

Oda nem kokuyor ve havasız, bina eski. Wc giderinden bazen koku geliyor.. belki de diğer riad lar da böyledir. Özetle, temiz, rahat yataklar ama havasız oda. Lokasyon mükemmel.

The staff is welcoming and professional.

The transport that came to pick us up was not adapted to the number of passengers. Fortunately, it left us about 20 meters from the riad because the transportation of luggage is not included in the price. You have to carry it yourself. The access to the riad was in the middle of a construction zone. Although the room is large, the bathroom is very small. The WC stuck in front of the sink. The hygiene products are of poor quality. The bathrobe was missing. And there were not enough towels. No coffee or bottle of water in the room. You have to pay for it. The riad is typical and beautiful but access to the rooms is difficult: the staircase is very narrow with a low height. For the return trip, the transport does not drop you off at the airport drop-off point because there is no access to it but on the parking lot two hundred meters from the airport. Not at all practical with luggage. It is better to book a cab that will drop you off in front of the airport.
