Me and my friend got food poisoned in Casablanca, so we arrived Fez really sick. The owner took so much care of us, gave us medicine, food for having fever and everything they could provide. We lay in bed all day long, and the rooms are super comfy and clean. Breakfast is also nice. Thank you Brigitte and Mr.doctor. Best riad in Morocco.

We loved this hotel. Room was great, breakfast was great, location was great. Hicham was so helpful, going above and beyond for our every need. My daughter loved the hamam soap and ghasul clay they left for our use. Only note for fellow travellers: request a lower level room if you have an issue climbing stairs. Good news is, breakfast is at ground floor although they have a nice rooftop you can sit and enjoy the old Fes scenery.

Pros: relatively affordable, spacious room, good water pressure and hot water, close to a car park for dropoff/pickup. Cons: We originally picked this place because folks raved about the service and hospitality but I'm sad to report this was not our experience. We were picked up by the hotel manager who brought a porter that demanded 30 DHM for a less than 5 min walk. This surprised us because while we've been happy to tip all of our porters in Morocco, our riads have never required this. Breakfast was inconsistent. One day we were given eggs while the next day we were only given breads (no one checked on us throughout this meal). The staff did mention the roof terrace or show us how to access. They also did not offer to assist with luggage on our last day or ask how our stay was. As we were checking out, they only said we still owed city tax for our stay and then let us leave. Overall, it was a clean place to sleep for a short stay in Fes, but the service would prevent us from returning.
