Riad Pacha Palace

We arrived in the middle of the night with a significant delay, but were warmly welcomed right at the parking area near the riad. The riad was perfectly located and easy to navigate back to (since it’s easy to get lost in the narrow streets)—ideal for exploring the medina. Both the riad itself and the rooms were stunning. We were also able to use the swimming pool at a neighboring riad, which was a great bonus. Breakfast was generous, and the two young men in charge were incredibly hospitable and helpful. They made us feel so welcome. Highly recommended!

Small suggestion: provide bottled water in the room or lobby

Perfect location, near parking and medina. The staff was amazing, very gently. Breakfast was great too. The riad is awesome.

Wi-Fi doesn't works in the room. It's a important thing for travelers.

Though old medina can be quite a maze, pacha palace is extremely easy to find. We walked in and Mohamed was there to greet us in a very calm and pleasant manner. He offered us tea as well as a map of the city, and even explained all there was to see in the city of Fez. Together with some tips to help get around easier. Breakfast was well prepared and the Riad itself was beautiful. On our last day we left early to go on a 3 day tour. I asked both Mohamed and Youssef if we could check out this early and not only did they say it was possible. They prepared a takeaway breakfast for us because we left too early for the real thing. As far as service goes this must be the best Riad in town. Would recommend to anyone!

Honestly not much, experience was amazing. If i had to list 1 thing it would be that the airco unit in our room didn’t seem to cool the room down. But that is a minor inconvenience.

The space is grand and the riad is well located for accessing the Fes medina.

The food was a real disappointment — not what you'd expect from a riad in Fes. The rooms felt oversized and lost the cosy, intimate charm that makes a riad special.
