Riad Au 20 Jasmins

Everything! Location, comfort, room, staff! Walkable to everything in the Medina. The room was beautiful and spacious. From the minute you pulled up to the minute you left, they were there to assist. They had someone carry our bags to the Riad. We were greeted with mint tea and cookies- nice touch. They helped set up our tours and even assisted with having the housekeeper do our laundry! If you want an authentic feel this is the place. We left early on checkout day and they made a to-go breakfast for us. Zach was amazing helpful and so kind!

No elevator-lots of stairs but they carried our luggage! The shower was different than we are used to, but Zach offered to put us in a different room with a different shower.

Beautiful building with wonderful tiles, large rooms, and a fantastic staff! Zack was great, helping us in many ways. Thanks for a great visit!

Weird that they have a nearby property with essentially the same name. We got lost once and could only find the other one!

Friendly staff.

We would not recommend this hotel although the staff were very friendly. The bathroom was dark, and the shower terrible. We had ordered a room with a jaccuzi and asked that they tell us if it was working OR WE WOULD BOOK SOMETHING ELSE. They waited until we could not cancel before writing us the day we were to arrive to tell us that INDEED IT WAS NOT WORKING and they had no other. We were not happy and that was dishonest. Also our roomn was very dark.
