Entrando nel riad si ha subito l'idea di essere in una struttura molto elegante, raffinata e rilassante; la Suite Soultana è lussuosa, luminosa, con terrazzo sul patio e arredi ricercati. Pulizia eccezionale e terrazza dalla vista meravigliosa su Fez. Ottima posizione, in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi minuti dal centro. Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto il personale, giovane, dinamico e organizzato, che si è dimostrato sempre disponibile davanti a ogni nostra esigenza! Super consigliato!!

Riad bien situé dans la médina, très bon accueil du personnel, bon petit déjeuner complet. Magnifique décoration du riad et de la chambre.

Nous étions de passage à Fès pour 2 nuits en famille. Le Riad est magnifique et calme ce qui tranche avec l’effervescence de la ville. Possibilité de se garer juste devant le Riad. À noter l’accueil et la disponibilité d’Assad et de son équipe, on se sent comme à la maison. Le petit déjeuner, le dîner, l’emplacement, la disponibilité du personnel tout était parfait. De plus la chambre était spacieuse et très confortable.

The decor was beautiful and authentic, and the staff were very friendly, but overall it didn’t meet my expectations.
The room was full of mold, especially in the bathroom. There was an unbearable smell of sewage mixed with mold. The breakfast was poor, and the room was very cold.
