Riad Jnane Fes Medina & Luxury Palace

Overall, an excellent, clean, and highly recommended riad in Fes. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and they helped me a lot throughout my stay. One of its biggest advantages is its location near Bab Ziat, making it easy to reach without having to walk long distances, especially when using transportation. Another advantage for those travelling by car is the availability of a nearby paid parking area, where you can leave your car in a secure place. It is only a 2–3 minute walk from the riad. Overall, a great place to stay and one of the best riads to experience in Fes.

The only area that needs improvement is the towels, which should be replaced with new ones. Overall, a great place to stay and one of the best riads to experience in Fes.

The staff were excellent—very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The location was extremely convenient, with easy access to everything. The Moroccan-style lobby and room decorations were beautiful and full of charm. The beds were comfortable for both my wife and me, especially since we prefer a firmer mattress. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Excellent presentation of the breakfast and everything was freshly prepared. Staffs were very helpful and polite. He came to pick up from the location where taxi dropped us. Also, staffs were available on phone whenever we needed any advice. Explained well about facilities available and 3rd party services nearby. We went for Moroccan Hammam and they arranged someone to pick up and drop back to the Riad. Taxi booking to the airport was very smooth. Decorations are great and it gives a very luxurious and cosy feeling in the courtyard and the rooms. Rooms are huge with very comfy bed/pillows. Very clean and tidy place to stay

It will be good if there was a short description of streets to reach the location. It is quite centrally located but a good chance to get lost in Fes as there are so many streets.

The decor was beautiful and authentic, and the staff were very friendly, but overall it didn’t meet my expectations.

The room was full of mold, especially in the bathroom. There was an unbearable smell of sewage mixed with mold. The breakfast was poor, and the room was very cold.
