Salma and all the staff at the Riad so friendly and helpful. Salma was even able to provide some medication for our daughter from first aid kit when all pharmacies were closed. Very clean, decent breakfast. Nice terrace. We had laundry done within a few hours.

Our room didn’t have too much sound proofing- some guests had dinner at the Riad and it was quite noisy. Don’t think all rooms have this issue.

Breakfast on roof terrace was excellent. Good selection of bread with honey etc and omelette Good coffee. Cannot fault the Riad, beautifully maintained and decorated. Great location in the medina everything on the doorstep. Adsin and Salma were very helpful during our trip organising our cooking lesson and trip around the Medina, which was very successful and informative. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

Abdul is the soul and heart of the place, very welcoming and hospitable. The place is small, old and charming. It is very close to a mosque and has a terrace. It’s located in the Medina, which is perfect.

The triple room is right next to the reception, the dining area and recreational zone. The noise any time of the day is clear as if the walls weren’t there. You will be provided drinking bottled water and shampoo only if you ask for it. In the winter would be nice to have hotel slippers, rags on the floor and blankets as the floor is stone cold. Would recommend you to try other rooms, not the triple one. The breakfast is served for each guest individually, I prefer a buffet style. Mohammed didn’t leave a great impression. He is the one who insisted on me leaving the review, emphasised if I asked more food for breakfast or a bottle of water after check out. Overall, the place is OK for a couple of days. In my opinion, the value for money isn’t there.
