Great staff/service, great location, very good value for money, good breakfast and average room. We had a very good time here during our 3 night stay. The service standards here is excellent. Reda was our go-to person for everything and he explained us the layout of the Medina so well that we didn't need a guide to visit all the places. We didn't meet Fatima but she was always available over WhatsApp and helped us for our travel beyond Fez.

Our room was old and cramped. Our room was on the top floor, it was quite a hike through those narrow stairs but on the flipside, we had easy access to their rooftop terrace for nice views! Wi-fi was patchy.

A lovely stay within the Medina. Wonderfully comfortable room and even more welcoming staff team! Fantastic breakfast each morning. This house is simply a work of art and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Location was great, very quiet and very close to a main street in the Madina and less than 10 minutes from the Blue Gate. The manager was fantastic and sat down and explained everything about Fes and marked our map with all the things to see and gave us some restaurant suggestions and also helped us organise a private car to drive us to Rabat. The Rad is beautiful and felt very safe and secure and our room was very clean and large and the heater worked really well in January. The breakfast was great including pancakes, croissants, jam, honey, fresh juice, tea and coffee, more than you can possibly eat. Great views from the rooftop.
