The most stunning riad in a maze of alleyways… we couldn’t recommend this riad enough… the staff - Ahmed, Noor, Abdul and another lovely gentleman who took us through the medina on a few occasions and even went out to buy me flowers from my husband on our anniversary and the the dadas were incredible. They couldn’t do enough for us and were always professional and friendly. I rate the staff 100% The food was equally incredible… we were surprised at just how tasty it was… Fez was very very hot while we visited so the fresh water pool became our best friend and we enjoyed knowing it was there to come home to. The decor was traditional and cosy with great air con throughout … We are grateful for the lift upon returning from our long hot days outside. Thank you all for making the start of our honeymoon such a joy!

It’s not a ‘don’t like’ but the riad could benefit from having a few sun loungers to relax on.

The staff was so helpful and understanding. My partner fell ill upon arrival to fes and not only did they help get us everything we needed and more even after check out they stayed with us giving her a place to lie down for nearly 5 hours after check out was scheduled. checking in and doing everything possible to get her back to good health. Thank you to noor For all the help

The Riad was beautiful, historic- like a palace.

Abdelhamid helped me reach the place safely and helped me with bags. He is hardworking and very kind. Decor of the Riad is nice and is the only thing that would make the stay worth it. I don’t recommend the riad for solo travelers who want something easily accessible by foot and taxi. It is not the case.

The Riad is not in a place you would feel safe to reach at night alone. Very secluded and with many alleys and routes. Didn’t feel safe to be honest. I didn’t like the way the manager spoke to me when arriving late - although explaining that it is out of my control as I took the train to reach Fes. He should be more courteous and understanding to people who chose to stay there. Please understand that you represent the Moroccan tourism and culture, so please be kind.
