It is hard to find it. But it is not a problem because staff can help you with this, just a matter of call. After hectic medina you feel safe and comfortable in this hotel as it is hidden.

the place is pretty and right in the Medina. that is an advantage as well as a hindrance because your car cannot drive you to the door
as we couldn’t drive to the door there was a fight of porters who wanted to take our things and wanted to charge us. very uncomfortable . the hotel staff are in on this scam. also the staff was not at all helpful. I forgot my room key in the car , given the distance to parkings and that it was my second night there they could have opened the room for me with their key. They didn’t want to . not at all nice . wouldn’t come back and do not recommend it
