Riad Fes Touria Palace

Everything, the place had all that I needed, it is beautiful, and very well located in the heart of the medina. The breakfast was so good as well. Omar was very nice and friendly. He upgrade my room just because a better one was free, I do appreciate it. The room has conditioner air too. Everything fantastic for a really good price.

We had an amazing stay at the Riad. The host Omar is such a nice person which helps you with Everything and gives good tips for the city or organizes a guide for you! Also the breakfast is amazing. We would always choose the Riad again!

A stunning riad with beautifully appointed rooms that give you a sense of luxury. Right in the middle of the Medina which is very exciting, but also near one of the Medina entrances which is a helpful touchstone when navigating your way around. Omar is an incredibly gracious host and was always ready to help us with anything we might need - from booking a taxi to/from train stations and airports, to giving us advice about the city. In a place that can feel difficult to navigate, it was great to be able to communicate quickly via WhatsApp throughout our stay. He has connections to various restaurants, hammams, and guided tours that he will offer to book for you when you arrive - for those who prefer a bit more guidance, this is a great option, but we found we enjoyed making our own discoveries exploring on our own.

Omar as the staff. What the riad lacked as facilities, Omar made it up by his hospitality. Location was super nice. Close the many attractions. However it is close to the drainage canal.

I did not like my room. It was smelling really bad due to the drainage canal. I was not able to open windows and faced sheer lack of ventilation and privacy. I was given a room on the ground floor which right next to eating area. I felt lack of privacy as people constantly chatting around. I did not realize that room was on the ground floor from the pictures and descriptions. I had to change my Riad due to the smell and lack of privacy and I was told that I will not be refunded. I decided to move anyway as the smell was unbearable. Also the riad was quite basic and quite gloomy in terms of lighting. Had it not been for Omar, I would have rated this Riad a 3.
