The location was really good very close to a taxi drop-off point in the heart of the medina. It's also within 15 mins walking distance from the main sights in the medina. The building is lovely and the room was very clean. The staff were so helpful and were always there (even 24/7) to provide advice. They reserved a taxi to the airport for 20 euros and walked us to the driver which made it a stress-free journey to the airport.
The windows are not very insulated so we could hear outside outside noise very easily. Although it's only 5 mins from the taxi drop-off point, it would be difficult to find the place without the maps.me app (google maps isn't that helpful). If you get lost, ask a local shopkeeper and they should help.

Good shower temperature and aircon
Poor bed, location in sketchy part of the medina, staff seemed very friendly at first but would within in three sentences always try to sell you a much overpriced guide. Not expensive, but only because of a large last minute discount. Staff also neglected the 7am breakfast appointment but was awake enough to come running after to chase the last part of the bill (which had been left in the common area in their absence).
