The staff was amazing, 24/7 someone was available for questions or recommendations and they (Zahid and the other guy) always genuinely asked how our day was. We booked a whole-day city tour of Fes through them, which was very small group of 4 people and an English speaking guide, lots of info, nonstop questions to ask, time for lunch and buying stuff as well (only €15 pp). Another day we did a nice cooking class by Souka in the dar, which was fun with music and delicious food! Finally they arranged our one-way transfer in a van to Chefchaouen. Would 100% recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is very beautiful, well maintained and clean, which made us feel comfortable right away. The owners are incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you might need. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was also very tasty and fresh. It was the perfect way to start each day.

First of all, it was a cultural experience. The staff was exceptional, kind and the breakfast was awesome. The location was right in the center of the city. The bed was very good — lot of warm blankets were provided. Room heater was available and we slept well.

We did not realize from the pictures that the rooms were very small with very little space. However, that is probably the experience of living in an old house. If sq footage of the room is mentioned, it will be good. The lighting in the room can be improved. We had lot of rain when we visited and the bathroom ceiling started leaking with heavy rains.
