The location of the property is excellent, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They also serve a great breakfast, and the entire place was very clean.

Amazing central location and beautiful traditional Moroccan decor. Staying there was a pleasure. Mohamed was the best host I ever had the pleasure of staying with - he made sure all our needs were met and was helpful and gracious during our every interaction.

It was a little cold on February nights - bring warm sleepwear.

- the location was very strategic in the heart of Fes Medina - the aesthetic and the Riad itself was amazing - the breakfast was abundant. It was great and worth the money. - the room was large enough for us three with wide private bathroom.The bed was comfy and the AC was working well.

- the air in the room was smelly and little bit dusty. It seemed not really being cleaned before we checked in. We occupied the highest floor with low ceiling and the air circulation was not that great. Only 2 from 4 windows cpuld be opened. It was recommended just turned on the AC to keep the air circulation. We spent 3 nights there and our room was never being cleaned. The carpet was really dirty and need to be washed. - the stairs was so small and ceiling was low I was with my parents (elderly) and we were really exhausted to get into our room with all the luggages. We requested the lower floor but they said the only room for 3 person was on the highest floor (like 4th floor). It was not recommended if you are going with elderly people.
