Dar Eva is a traditional house with a central courtyard and roof terrace. Located in the 14th-century Upper Talâa district, it offers easy access to the main sights of the Medina, as well as to nearby markets and restaurants. This Riad is ideal for a quiet family break or an Orientalist getaway!
Lalla Loubna, the English-speaking Governess, ensures the Guests' comfort, prepares breakfast upon request**, and organizes and facilitates their stay in the Medina
THE SPACE
It is a house of 2160 sq built on three levels around an open central courtyard and rooftop terrace
~ Two double ensuite bedrooms and one twin ensuite bedroom (master bedroom with bathtub)
~ Silent air-conditioning / heating system
~ Several rooms : traditional Moroccan Salon. winter Salon with fireplace and satellite TV, reading room, alcove
~ A pleasant office room to work comfortably
~ A well-equipped kitchen and a cozy dining room
~ Two rooftop terraces allowing sunbathing, surrounded by bougainvillea, jasmine and fragrant seasonal flowers. You will marvel about the views beyond the roofs of the medina, the medieval ramparts, the hill Zâlagh planted with olive trees and the sixteenth century Fort Borj, illuminated at night!

Dar Eva is ideally located to enjoy your stay, at the crossroads of the two main streets, allowing easy access of all medina:
• Close to the museums, gardens, souks and old Palaces
• Close to the main gate, Bab Boujloud and its charming area with many restaurants
• Close to the taxis station and the car park, located "Place Batha"
• The house is nestled in a quiet alley, easy to find back walks !

Dar Eva is a lovely oasis away from the Fez Medina. Loubna was wonderful and Riad was very clean and comfortable.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this Riad right in the heart of the Fez Medina. Communication with Pascal before we arrived was great, as was everything that Loubna did during our stay to help make it first class. She prepared a delightful breakfast each morning, allowed us some extra time to stay on our day of check-out since we had a late flight and no one else was checking in, and she helped arrange for a porter to guide us the property when we first arrived (highly recommend this, as I still would find it hard to locate on a map). 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and a very nice two-level terrace. Couldn't have asked for a more central location to key attractions.

We are so glad we had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful riad. The whole place was breathtaking and Ms. Loubna was very kind in caring for us and preparing breakfast every day. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Our only complaint was that there were cockroaches at night, but besides this our stay was excellent!
