Dar Abdesalam

Nuestra experiencia ha sido increíble: Amine es un host excepcional y una bellísima persona. Nos ayudó incluso antes de llegar al Dar y siempre ha estado atento a nosotros durante toda la estancia. Además de eso, Fatiha nos ha cuidado de 10 con su desayuno tan maravilloso. Recomiendo muchísimo alojarse aquí. Volveremos. Shukran Amine et Fatiha !

Breakfast is excellent quality - all home-made - pancakes, potato cakes, orange cake, bread and jams and lots of coffee/tea and OJ served downstairs in the beautifully-tiled and cushioned areas of the riad. We expected it to be on the roof but it was nice to sit downstairs and experience the beauty of the riad. Amine is a good host and Osama is lovely. The roof is wonderful - great views - get up for sunrise! The location is great - you can go directly into the Medina. Use Maps.me to navigate.

the guide Amine organised, Mohammed, was not good - he immediately started trying to increase the money agreed.

We had a fantastic stay at Dar Abdesalam. Amine was incredibly helpful and very friendly. He assisted us with all our questions and provided us with plenty of information. I was there with my sister and my 11-year-old niece, and he was very kind to her as well. He did everything possible to make us feel at ease; we felt completely at home. Amine also offers many options for excursions at very reasonable prices. Additionally, airport transfers can be easily arranged through him. The Riad was beautiful and clean, and the location is excellent. The breakfast was delicious and extensive. Honestly, the best mint tea in Fez. The water pressure in the shower was great, and the water was hot. The beds were comfortable. A lot of times in Morocco I have the feeling the beds can be very hard, here it was not the casse. We hope to return to this Riad someday.

The location was easy to get to and it was not far from a taxi or driver pick up. The welcome was very good, the host was ready to greet us and there was almost always someone in the property to answer questions and help us eg. we had problems getting the TV to work and they sorted that. The host was kind, interested in each of his guests and not at all pushy or overbearing. He offered to arrange trips for us and when we told him that we had already booked some, he respected that. The breakfast was good, we had a selection of Moroccan breads and pancakes which varied each day, the food was mostly home cooked. The room was very spacious and the toilet was separate from the bathroom which was good.

Google maps didn't give an accurate position for the property but the host had put signs up on the alleyways leading from the road.
