We loved our stay at Riad Tizwa. The property is clean, well maintained, and beautifully cared for. The staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent.
There were a few minor issues that were not deal-breakers but are worth knowing before booking. The sink design makes it easy for water to spill onto the countertop. In addition, the air conditioning unit is quite old and not very effective. Part of the problem may be that the room’s windows do not fully seal, allowing outside air to enter and reducing the AC’s efficiency. Moreover one glass was completely missing on the windows over the door of our room.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend Riad Tizwa to others.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was on point
Room was located immediately adjacent the main sitting area for all the guests. With young children this made it noisy late into the evening. The bathroom was cramped and outdated. Note that young children (<7 years) are not allowed at this location.
