O locație magnifică , cu personal foarte amabil. O camera foarte mare si curată ,cu acces la roof top de unde ai o deschidere asupra orașului.

Totul a fost în regula.

Highly recommended!! Family of 7 (2 elderlies, 3 adults, 2 young kids). The staff is amazing. Hachim helped us so much! We were able to communicate with Hachim before our stay, he was so lovely with our family. Hachim knows everything and everyone in Fes to help you make your stay memorable! The Ryad is conveniently located, central to everything you want to see! We loved our breakfast at the Ryad (make sure you book or ask for breakfast when you arrive). The view from the roof is amazing, great for a little peaceful break from the busy medina streets ❤️ Overall we felt very welcome, and we appreciated that this Ryad is owned and managed by a local family. Tips: ask them to book a tour with Rachid, for a top notch guided visit of Fes (half day or full day).

The stairs were a little challenging for little legs and elderly people - but keep in mind this is an old ryad, it is the norm for fassi buildings. This is traditional architecture and we didn't really have an issue with stairs eventually.

L'esperienza di alloggiare in una dar (non riad!) è stata significativa. La struttura, seppur datata, è originale e rispetta le tipiche residenze di persone facoltose di un tempo. La terrazza sul tetto consente una vista sulla Medina molto piacevole. L'host ha soddisfatto le nostre richieste.

Le camere richiederebbero maggior manutenzione e pulizia. Abbiamo prenotato quattro camere, purtroppo una di questa ha avuto un problema di perdita dal bagno, bagnando il letto. L'host comunque è intervenuto subito trovando una soluzione. L'acqua della doccia rimaneva calda per poco tempo. La sera la zona in cui si trova la struttura non sembrava così sicura.

O Riad é bonito, parece que você está em um antiquário, cheio de peças interessantes. A cama é boa, confortável. O atendimento feito por WhatsApp/booking é ágil.

A localização é difícil de achar porque não tem um nome do Riad na porta e o GPS não funciona direito em quase todas as vielas da medina, então tive dificuldade de encontrar, mas o problema foi rapidamente resolvido. O principal problema é a água que não esquenta direiro, quando fica quente ela volta a ficar fria e estava fazendo 10 graus. Há umidade no local por não ter janela.
