Youseff and the staff of the Riad were very friendly and welcoming for the duration of my husband and I’s 3 night stay. I particularly appreciated that Youseff picked us up from the Medina and brought us to the Riad because the roads are a bit of a maze in the old city. The staff also assisted with directions to the best cafes and fruit market stalls in the Medina. The kitchen is also available for guest use. I stayed in the Fassi and the room was quite comfortable. The hot water and water pressure in the bathroom were amazing which I appreciated because it was quite cold in Fes in December. Overall, I found the staff quite attentive and helpful.

Loved everything about this Riad except the rooms are not soundproof so sounds in the common area can be heard in the rooms. I recommend bringing ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Wonderful traditional Riad in the middle of the Medina. Easy to access. Comfortable beds and nicely decorated rooms. Perfect view from the terrace across the entire Medina. Very friendly and supportive staff.
