Riad Damia Suite & Spa

The staff was exceptional. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and comfortable and they were available ALL HOURS of the day for me. My flight arrived 13 hours earlier than expected and they were still around to let me in at 2am with no prior notice. They also gave me their whatsapp contacts so that I could reach out to them if I was ever in a situation where I required help outside the hotel. Hassan and Asmaa were spectacular hosts.

Staff were super friendly and helpful who couldn’t do more for you. Beautiful building, great breakfast and location. Would strongly recommend

We liked everything. The architecture of the RIAD was beautiful. We stayed in one of the bedrooms downstairs, we were 4 including my 2 daughters. Big bedroom with beautiful tile and woodwork. I saw another room upstairs that was big, but I believe we were in the best room. The staff was great. the manager was great. We left one suite case in our tour bus because we were coming from the desert and the suitcase was in minutes in our room; they took care of everything. Breakfast was good. Temperature in the room was fantastic. I don't have words to explain how satisfied we were. I am going to upload few photos including the door of our room, just amazing. Also, the ceiling of the room, what I could see laying down in bed. And my BED!

The rooms were a good size and comfy Breakfast was ample but could do with fresh fruit Location was fantastic

We ordered a taxi that didn’t turn up We were told we could check in at 11am, arrived and told to come back and room would be ready later.. returned and was told we needed to go to another Riad for our first night. We didn’t have a choice and the other Riad the room was tiny and damp We requested extra toilet roll that was forgotten We were surprised on departure with an additional city tax which was not mentioned on arrival or during our stay
