Dar 7 Louyat

Très joli dar, suite confortable avec un très grand lit, et une mezzanine, jolie salle de bain, chambre au calme car donnant sur le patio malgré l'absence de fenêtre, accès en taxi depuis un petit parking à proximité, attention à bien prévoir de pouvoir utiliser votre téléphone pour appeler quelqu'un qui viendra vous chercher, la localisation dans la médina est parfaite. Très bon petit déjeuner sur le toit terrasse

comme beaucoup l'on dit, l'accès n'est quand même pas très agréable, dédale de ruelles vraiment délabrées qui peuvent rebuter au premier abord, ce n'est ni très propre ni très agréable .....

Wir haben 2 Nächte im Dar 7 Louyat verbracht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück hervorragend. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf der das Frühstück serviert wird ist herrlich. Das Dar ist sehr gepflegt und hat viel Charm. Um die Hilfe, beim Koffer durchs Treppenhaus tragen waren wir sehr froh. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Gut zu wissen: Das Dar befindet sich in einer einsamen etwas schmuddeligen Seitengasse nahe eines schönen belebten Platzes. Der erste Eindruck war daher, "wo sind wir denn hier gelandet?". Wir hatten das oberste Zimmer direkt bei der Dachterrasse gebucht. Das war auch ausgesprochen schön. Der Aufstieg über eine steile lange Treppe hat es jedoch in sich 😉. Bei einer Gehbehinderung bzw. bei körperlichen Einschränkungen ist daher ggf. ein Zimmer eher im unteren Bereich des Dars anzuraten.

Heel mooie kamer met groot comfortabel dubbel bed en mezzanine met slaapbank, uitermate geschikt voor meereizende kinderen, net iets minder voor n volwassen persoon Kamer was authentiek en stijlvol ingericht met mooie tafelakt badkamer. Ontbijt was goed. De aanpalende riad met zwembad en super mooi terras waar men kon dineren een aanrader. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Parkeerplaats op 8 min. Vervoer van bagage werd aangeboden

Slaapbank net iets minder. De reuk van de nabijgelegen leer looierij kon op momenten storen

breakfast is poor with no rich ingredients ( few olives, a scoop of jam, one bread divided in 4 pieces and they bring one small hot pancake each this is for 4 adults) amount for 4 adults is the same for 2 people and when asked for 2 more oz of milk for our coffee we were charged for it! it took us 10 min to explain and convince the staff that they are serving us less compared to next door table of 2! and they say " if you ask for more we would bring you " and at the same time they charged us for coffee milk ! they offered to remove the charges at the end but we have already paid for it with the 10 min of pointless argument. in the confirmation message they wrote" we will pick you up from the parking with a porter cart" but they don't say that you will have to pay that porter both ways ! the rooms are clean but very basic , NO TV , NO kettle , NO real toiletries ( a soap dispenser and 2 small shampoo in the shower) , the location is central but not easily accessible from the main streets, you have to cross through 7 narrow and dark allies ( hence the name) to get to it so at night it felt uncomfortable although we didnt feel unsafe. in summary, i think one have to be genuinely generous to run a hospitality business be it a restaurant or B&B ) poor value for the money we paid , re-affirmed my wife`s and my previous experience with this type of ( authentic accommodation ) to stick with predictable standard known accommodation

the rooms are clean but very basic , NO TV , NO kettle , NO real toiletries ( a soap dispenser and 2 small shampoo in the shower)a bed and lamp with few decorations and obsolete wall plugs ( no charging ports )
