Team was really great! Super welcoming, warm and helpful.

The location was great. The staff were so nice and helpful. Mohammed helped us with booking the taxi, big thanks. The breakfast was great. I asked for a breakfast meal, Khlii with eggs, and they made it, and it was great. The riad looks amazing from the inside, and the room was also very special. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows as well.

The queen deluxe room I had was tricky for someone who's less mobile, considering you have to walk upstairs to get to the bed. The duvet wasn't perfectly clean! There was no way to watch the TV considering the shape of the room.

Location is good, good hospitality and breakfast is decent.

Manager of the Riad tries to scam you by booking random things we do not ask for. Ex: We were pushed to take a free walking tour despite not asking for it - basically the manager gets commissions on it. When we told we didn't book, the manager asked us to pay 50 euros as compensation for the expenses incurred by the guide. We instead decided to take the guide who was pathetic and took us only to places where we can purchase stuff (at extremely high price) instead of showing us around Fez. The manager also pushed us to take Hammam at a higher price than normal. So avoid falling into the trap of the words of the manager.
