Stunning interiors and beautiful furnishings.
Wonderful supper on the roof.
There should have been a better explanation sent to us in advance to explain how to access the property and where to park. Also there is a Riad Fes Relais & Chateaux which shows up in Apple Maps at set out below. This is NOT the Riad Fes Relais & Chateaux which is on Derb Zerbtana in the Medina.

The property is perfect for travels to Fes, especially the Medina. They take care of every detail to make your experience exceptional.
When stepping into the property you are in awe. It feels like you have walked into a palace.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The rooms were beautiful, the rooftop bar was one of the best in Fez, and the staff was helpful, professional, and friendly.
They deserve more than a single Michelin star. After my stay here I stayed at a three star Michelin hotel and was disappointed as I kept comparing it to Riad Fez.

The riad is gorgeous, rooms are super comfortable and also extremely quite
It is just too expensive for the quality of the service you are getting. There were several problems in our two rooms (heating not working properly, issues with drainage etc). The hotel restaurant Gayza is terrible. We got extremely overcooked chicken tajine and hen, we could not eat anything beyond a bite. The lobby felt chaotic at times (although I had emailed them beforehand about excursions we wanted to do, it seemed like they did not have it upon our arrival, everything worked out in the end but did not feel like it was well run)
