Central location

Love the location, very close to train station, shopping and Lidl. Its the 3rd time I stayed here on my annual trip to Offenburg. Great value for money. Its a basic hotel, great for short stays or without car.

The mattress The modern furniture

The room wasn't clean, especially the toilet, we found some hairy stuff on the bed, thank God we had our own bed sheets and the most annoying thing was the loud footsteps right above at 3am

Good central location

The shower had two temperatures: boiling hot and cold. And it kept alternating without touching the lever. Also the shower space was really small.

Convenient to the town and train station.

The Hotel is close to the train station and easy walking distance to the town centre. Located in a quiet side street it is set back off the road. The facilities were OK and the staff helpful.

The bathroom could do with an update however, it was OK. White sanitarware and a climb up shower with relatively small cubicle but OK for the price.

Do not book when you need to use ac or heater, as is very loud, and you cannot get a good rest

Staff is ok

The fan of the heater was loud, moreover was very cold in the room, it didn’t work properly couldn’t sleep more than 3 hours, was very frustrating. The beds have wheels, so the bed is moving if you try to stay with the pillow against the wall I do not recommend to book a stay with this hotel, the staff is friendly For the cleanliness, I found a box of tissues maybe from the last people that stayed there.

The location is closed to the train station and the room size is okay, Staffs are nice and welcome

great location for walking into town and the hotel is not far from the train station. The lady staff at reception, She is polite and kindly help us move some heavy baggage into storage room near the counter. They have free coffee and tea corner at the lobby. Room size is quite bigger than other Ibis Style hotels.

No fridge in the room But we can drop our chocolates bars (souvenirs for our daughter) with the front. Thank you for your kindness.

Hotel was great, front desk reception was excellent. Offenburg was very hot and the front desk lady kindly help us upgrade to a room with air conditioning. Excellent service and room exceeded expectations.

Very good

Ibis styles was overbooked so we were asked to stay at Mercure for ibis price. Mercure had extraordinary room, swimming pool and sauna and magnificent breakfast. Location is also great: bus stop is 1 minute away

Not very far from the main road. Good place to stay a night. The woman in reception was very nice. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfy.

We had a dog with us and it was not a problem if you paid 15€ (a little expensive in my opinion). The parking is 7€ a day and we didn't see that on the description.

Good location, open 24/7, good furniture and infrastructure.

While they advertise breakfast as an option on booking, there is a possibility that it may not be available even if you want to pay for it. During my stay, I was informed that due to a large group of European guests, the hotel couldn't accommodate breakfast for me, despite the fact that I want to pay for it. They recommended me to go to a place nearby to have breakfast. It was disheartening to see a hotel lacking the capacity to serve breakfast to all guests, despite offering it as a paid option. I recommend inquiring about the breakfast availability before making your booking decision.

we absolutely loved the apartment. It was a great place to stay and was an excellent base to explore Lake Garda. We also took a day trip to Verona from there, which was about an hour to drive to. I would highly recommend a stay at this place.

The only minor thing was the loudness of the extractor fan in the bathroom.

The service is actually not good. They do not pick up calls on property even reaching out multiple times which led to additional charges for us at the property. No ammenieties like game room, hangout place availabe. Dissatisfied and annoying.

Good central location

Close to the train station. Receptionist very friendly, let us book in early no problem. Comfortable bed and very quiet so got a good night sleep. Also a short stroll into the town centre, with a Lidl just behind the hotel.

It was fine, no issues. Room maybe a bit small but I've had worse.
